At ShadeCultures, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we're here to help.


Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return only if:

  • You received a damaged product
  • You received a defective product
  • You received the wrong item

Return requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Please Note: Returns or refund requests made after 48 hours from the delivery date will not be accepted.


How to Initiate a Return

To request a return:

  1. Contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Call us at +91 6351671266 or email support@shadecultures.com.
  3. Wait for our return confirmation before sending the product.
  4. Pack the product securely in its original packaging.
  5. Include the original invoice (if available) with the package.

Do not ship the product back without receiving confirmation from our support team.


Return Conditions

To qualify for a refund, the product must:

  • Be unused and unworn
  • Be in its original condition
  • Include all original packaging, accessories, and tags
  • Be returned with the invoice (if available)

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.


Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used while placing the order.
  • Online payment refunds are generally completed within 7–15 business days after the returned product reaches our warehouse.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed through:

  • Bank Transfer (NEFT/IMPS/UPI) after receiving your bank details, or
  • Any other method approved by our customer support team.

Refunds for COD orders are generally completed within 7–15 business days after approval.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  • Products showing signs of use
  • Products without original packaging
  • Requests made after 48 hours of delivery
  • Products purchased during clearance or final sale (unless damaged or incorrect)

International Orders

Currently, international orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

If an international shipment is returned due to reasons beyond our control (such as customs clearance issues, incorrect address, or courier failure), any eligible refund will be processed after deducting applicable charges, including:

  • Shipping charges
  • Return shipping charges
  • Payment gateway fees
  • Currency conversion charges
  • Customs duties, taxes, or other applicable fees

The remaining refund, if applicable, will be processed within 7–14 business days after the returned shipment is received and verified.
